A private preview is an unofficial design concept based on public information. A cold-prospect preview is not authorised to trade, collect customer enquiries or represent the prospect.

Source-led redesigns

When a customer submits an existing website, they confirm they are authorised to ask BuildASite to use its copy, logo and images in a private redesign. Assets are localised rather than hotlinked. Final publication still requires confirmation that the business owns or may reuse them.

Orders

The downloadable-file offer is £99 once and is supplied as-is for the buyer to edit and deploy. The hosted offer is £49.99 setup plus £7.99 per month. No later upsell is included in either price.

Customer responsibilities

The customer confirms business facts, authority to order and the right to publish supplied or migrated copy, logos and images. Download customers are responsible for later edits, deployment, hosting, security and backups after handoff.

Domains and launch

Dan Akehurst manages any BuildASite-hosted launch. Existing mail records are recorded and preserved. Launch requires a backup, redirect review, second-person DNS check and a stated rollback period.

Excluded work

The quoted service excludes revisions, later content changes, ecommerce, membership systems, complex booking, regulated advice, custom applications, accounting, CRM and field-service software unless separately agreed.

Cancellation and refunds

Exact cancellation and refund terms are supplied with the written order before payment. Statutory rights are unaffected.
